Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a technically seasoned professional to support client software and integration projects in a fast-paced environment. You will work with Oracle databases, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures to ensure reliable software performance.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documenting resolutions, and tailoring integration solutions for client environments. You will collaborate with customers to optimize system performance and address post-implementation

Qualifications

Experience with Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL development.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tooling.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure and with microservices architectures.
Proficiency with unit-level testing tools and system-level testing approaches.
Strong understanding of software design, testing, and debugging methodologies.
Experience with version control using SVN (Subversion).

Responsibilities

Support SLA/PLA for client products and ensure timely issue resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software functionality, access, and configuration.
Document issues, steps taken, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with clients to understand integration requirements and tailor solutions.
Install, configure, and integrate software with client environments including third-party platforms.
Provide post-integration support and assist with system optimizations.
