Job summary

Essity, a global leader in health and hygiene, seeks a Supply Service Officer to plan transports and oversee warehousing for Finished Goods, Raw Material and packaging. The role includes receipt, inspection, GRN posting, and maintaining GMP-compliant stores while coordinating with planning hubs and external partners.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's or master's degree with 3+ years in manufacturing and strong SAP knowledge, plus clear communication skills to drive safe, efficient operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's with 3+ years in manufacturing or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in internal settings.

Responsibilities

• Plan transports and distribution of Finished Goods, Mother Reels and Raw Material for a Site or more than one.
• Receive Raw and Packing material as per Purchase Order; inspect material and documentation.
• Post GRN entries and ensure accurate material postings.
• Dispense Raw Material & Packing material as per production requirement; maintain GMP-compliant stores.
• Maintain documentation, calibration records and stock control; lead a small team if required.
• Coordinate with outsourcing partners for external warehousing and transport; support KPI fulfilment.
