Job summary

Sanitary Care Products Asia, Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Officer to oversee safe and efficient storage operations, including receiving, sorting, inventory checks, and timely dispatch of finished goods at our Cauayan facility.

You will maintain accurate stock records, monitor FG aging, ensure FIFO, and collaborate with the team to meet productivity targets while adhering to OSH guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct daily cycle count for finished goods inventory.
• Ability to monitor and submit regular FG aging reports; near-expiration items flagged.
• Ability to verify FG movements are properly documented.
• Ability to provide feedback on discrepancies in FG receiving.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and counts.
• Ability to perform weekly FG inventory reconciliation (physical vs system).
• Ability to ensure FIFO for finished goods stocks.
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment complying with OSH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and deliver items to maintain stock integrity.
• Configure warehouse storage with defined locations and barcodes.
• Inspect product loads for accuracy and safely move them for timely delivery.
• Perform daily inventory checks and monitor stock conditions.
• Monitor finished goods inventory daily and track movements.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports and ensure accuracy of data.
• Verify outgoing stocks are in good condition and properly documented.
• Conduct stock alignments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Store products in proper warehouse locations.
• Adhere to policies, KPIs, monitoring, and reporting procedures.
