Job summary

Sanitary Care Products Asia, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Officer to oversee safe and efficient storage facilities and daily warehouse operations. The role covers receiving, inventory control, and dispatch of finished products to meet business targets.

The incumbent will supervise inventory accuracy, lead process improvements, and ensure compliance with OSH guidelines while coordinating with Billing, Logistics and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory by receiving, storing, and delivering items.
• Configure storage locations and reconcile inventory with records.
• Inspect loads, move goods safely, and ensure timely delivery.
• Perform daily inventory checks and monitor FG condition.
• Lead stock alignments and prepare monthly inventory reports.
• Process orders in coordination with Billing, Logistics and Sales.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and ensure FIFO for FG.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean warehouse.
• Plan work schedules and assign duties to staff.
