Cedarside Industries, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist to organize order processing, plan routes, and coordinate logistics to ensure timely, policy-compliant deliveries to clients in the region.
You will work closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Fleet Operations to maintain data integrity and smooth operations. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of logistics experience, strong SAP ERP and MS Office skills, and excellent organizational and cross-departmental communication abilities.
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to manage order processing, route planning, and logistics coordination. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Fleet Operations to ensure the accurate, timely, and policy-compliant delivery of goods to our clients.
Order Processing & SAP Documentation:
Process product delivery requests, pull-outs, and demo/mock-up items from the Sales team.
Prepare and print Delivery Receipts (DR) in the SAP ERP System in compliance with company policies.
Logistics & Route Planning:
Coordinate delivery schedules, updates, and status with the Traffic & Distribution Head.
Work with local forwarders for out-of-town deliveries and monitor items in transit from warehouse to jobsite.
Inventory & Quality Coordination:
Partner with Stock Controllers/Warehousemen to verify available stock for deliveries and demos.
Perform quality checks on delivery documents, ensuring all signatures are secured and data integrity is maintained.
Documentation & Records Management:
File, sort, and distribute hard and electronic copies of delivery receipts, repair slips, and pull-out forms to appropriate departments.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in logistics, dispatching, or order fulfillment coordination.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP ERP (specifically DR creation and inventory lookup) and MS Office applications.
Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, strong attention to detail, and effective cross-departmental communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant college diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
