Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end Supply Chain initiatives, including factory expansion, automation, digital transformation, and cost improvements.

You will build plans, manage resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet timelines and budgets. The role requires 3–5 years in project management within manufacturing or logistics, with knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, or Hybrid approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, supply chain, manufacturing, operations excellence, or business process improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or supply chain environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and change management skills.
• Experience in IT-ERP Projects and NetSuite configuration is an advantage.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Green Belt certification is an advantage but not required.

• Conduct feasibility studies, business case development, and cost-benefit analysis to support investment decisions.
• Drive change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
• Establish project management standards, maintain project documentation, and promote continuous improvement across SCMG.
