• Partner with business units to identify improvement opportunities and validate analyses.
• Set team goals and provide coaching and development for CI Specialists.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture and ensure safety compliance.
• Represent the department in cross-functional initiatives and company-wide programs.
• Perform related duties as needed while adhering to policies and regulations.

What You’ll Do

• Leads Continuous Improvement (CI) projects from planning to completion, delivering measurable cost savings and productivity improvements.
• Oversees process studies and drives the effective application of Lean, Six Sigma, Industrial Engineering (IE), and other CI methodologies.
• Partners with business units to identify high-impact improvement opportunities, review project proposals, and validate analyses and recommendations.
• Sets team goals aligned with company objectives while providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development for CI Specialists.
• Fosters a collaborative, high-performance culture and ensures compliance with HR policies, labor standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Represents the department in cross-functional initiatives, committees, and company-wide engagement activities.
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
