Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end Supply Chain projects in a hybrid setup based in Quezon City.

You will drive factory expansion, automation, and digital transformation while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of PM/SC experience, knowledge of PM methodologies (PMBOK/Agile/Hybrid), and proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Industrial/Management Engineering or related).
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, supply chain, manufacturing, operations excellence, or process improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or supply chain environments preferred.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, or Hybrid.
• Strong planning, stakeholder, risk, and change management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project (or equivalent), Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Green Belt certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic Supply Chain projects, including factory expansion, automation, digital transformation, and cost improvements.
• Develop project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risk management, and communication strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and provide updates to SCMG leadership.
• Conduct feasibility studies, business cases, and cost–benefit analyses for investments.
• Drive change management to ensure adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Establish project management standards and promote continuous improvement across SCMG.

• Drive change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.

What Makes You a Great Fit
