What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute protocols, manufacturing procedures, and reports for plant trials, validation, and process improvements (scale-up/scale-down).

• Lead plant trial and validation activities for new and existing products, including equipment and process enhancements.

• Evaluate and implement technology transfer from R&D to commercialization, ensuring readiness and compliance.

• Review technical documents and support product transfer, including reformulation, raw material substitution, and GPI projects.

• Provide technical support and resolve issues raised by Production, Marketing, and Quality Assurance.

• Oversee validation activities including equipment qualification, cleaning validation, and use of alternative raw materials.

• Drive special projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, regulatory documentation, and cross-functional project management.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Industrial Engineering or Food Technology Degree , fresh graduates will be considered.

• Experience in food manufacturing processes, gained through internships (for fresh graduates) or prior work experience.

• Engineering/Production/Manufacturing may also be considered.

• Experience in defining and drafting processes and procedures.

• Willing to travel to Third Party Manufacturing locations
