Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned CI/Industrial Engineering leader to drive continuous improvement initiatives and deliver measurable cost savings across functions.

The role leads Lean Six Sigma projects, partners with business units, and coaches CI Specialists while aligning with HR, safety, and corporate policies. Hybrid work from Quezon City with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Process Improvement or Industrial Engineering, with project leadership experience.
• BS Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and/or equivalent project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI projects from planning to completion and deliver measurable savings.
• Oversee process studies and apply Lean, Six Sigma, IE and related CI methods.
• Partner with business units to identify improvement opportunities and validate analyses.
• Set team goals and coach CI Specialists to high performance.
• Foster a collaborative culture and ensure HR, labor, and safety compliance.
• Represent the department in cross-functional initiatives and company-wide activities.

What You'll Do

• Leads Continuous Improvement (CI) projects from planning to completion, delivering measurable cost savings and productivity improvements.
• Oversees process studies and drives the effective application of Lean, Six Sigma, Industrial Engineering (IE), and other CI methodologies.
• Partners with business units to identify high-impact improvement opportunities, review project proposals, and validate analyses and recommendations.
• Sets team goals aligned with company objectives while providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development for CI Specialists.
• Fosters a collaborative, high-performance culture and ensures compliance with HR policies, labor standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Represents the department in cross-functional initiatives, committees, and company-wide engagement activities.
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
