Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking an Inventory Accountant to support our finance team in Quezon City. You will validate and process inventory transactions in the ERP, participate in cycle counts, and prepare reports to monitor balances and movements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with 1–3 years in cost or inventory accounting, and is proficient in MS Excel with ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite). A hybrid work setup in Quezon City is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in cost or inventory accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Validate inventory transactions, including receipts, issuances, transfers, and adjustments, in the ERP system.
• Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory activities, and help investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Process inventory adjustments and corrections, ensuring transactions are properly documented and approved.
• Prepare inventory-related reports and support the monitoring of inventory balances and movements.
• Perform with inventory reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with operations, supply chain, procurement, and other teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support process improvement initiatives and system enhancements to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
