Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced leader in innovation and NPD to drive pipeline growth and portfolio governance.

You will translate market signals into opportunities, co-develop decision tools, and lead cross-functional teams across Insights, R&D, Supply Chain, and Commercial to deliver strategic briefs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in innovation, NPD, brand/category management, insights, strategy, or portfolio roles, preferably in FMCG/consumer goods.
• Proven experience managing upstream innovation pipelines, opportunity discovery, and portfolio governance.
• Strong ability to translate research, trends, and market signals into actionable opportunities and briefs.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Insights, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Proficient in Google Slides/Sheets, with experience creating dashboards, templates, or playbooks.
• Familiarity with research/trend sources and AI tools, with strong project organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every category’s future pipeline stays full by mapping signals to white spaces, creating Structured Opportunity Briefs, and maintaining portfolio health and decision readiness.
• Co-develop and maintain a single set of NPD decision tools—frameworks, templates, and gate checklists—embedded in governance to standardize how opportunities are framed, tested, and advanced, improving clarity, rigor, and speed.
• Institutionalize learning velocity through learning interventions, post-launch debriefs, and playbook releases that continuously sharpen NPD thinking rigor and decision discipline—raising decision quality and speed.
