Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking an experienced Head of Organizational Development to lead enterprise-wide people initiatives in the Philippines.

You will shape organization design, workforce planning, and talent governance, partnering with business leaders. This role drives leadership development, implements performance and succession programs, and leverages people analytics to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in OD, Talent Management, Leadership Development, HR, or related fields.
• At least 3 years leading enterprise-wide people initiatives, projects, or teams.
• Experience designing, implementing, governing, and improving enterprise people systems and programs.
• Master's degree in Organizational Development or related discipline is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide organizational development initiatives: organization design, workforce planning, job architecture, and effectiveness.
• Own and improve talent management frameworks: performance, succession, career development, mobility, and IDPs.
• Drive leadership development strategy, ensuring succession readiness and aligned programs.
• Establish governance and optimize OD, Talent Management, and Leadership Development processes and policies.
• Use people analytics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Serve as trusted advisor to business leaders and HR Partners for reviews and change initiatives.
• Lead the OD team, managing budgets, external partners, and cross-functional initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead enterprise-wide organizational development initiatives, including organization design, workforce planning, job architecture, and organizational effectiveness.
• Own and continuously improve talent management frameworks, covering performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, career development, internal mobility, and IDPs.
• Drive the organization's leadership development strategy, ensuring leadership capabilities, succession readiness, and development programs align with business priorities.
• Establish governance and optimize OD, Talent Management, and Leadership Development processes, policies, HCM enablement, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Leverage people analytics and organizational insights to identify trends, assess organizational health, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR Business Partners, facilitating organization reviews, workforce planning, talent discussions, and change initiatives.
• Lead the OD team while managing budgets, external partners, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure effective execution of organizational and talent strategies.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience leading enterprise or business-wide people initiatives, projects, or teams.
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, governing, and continuously improving enterprise or business-wide people systems, processes, or programs.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into practical frameworks, policies, processes, tools, and governance mechanisms.
• Proven experience facilitating organization reviews, organizational diagnostics, talent reviews, workforce planning discussions, leadership development initiatives, or similar enterprise people interventions in partnership with business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, build alignment, and lead cross-functional initiatives to achieve business outcomes without direct authority.
• Experience using workforce, talent, and organizational insights to develop recommendations and drive continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
• Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is an advantage.
