Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. seeks a project-focused supply chain professional to lead end-to-end initiatives in a hybrid setup based in Quezon City.

You will craft plans, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and business value. Candidates should have 3–5 years of project management or related experience, with knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, or Hybrid methods and strong stakeholder and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in project management, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in manufacturing or logistics.
• Knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong planning, stakeholder, risk, and change management skills.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic Supply Chain projects, including factory expansion, automation, digital transformation, and cost improvement initiatives.

• Develop project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, risk management, and communication strategies.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and provide regular updates to SCMG Leadership and Executive Management.

• Conduct feasibility studies, business case development, and cost-benefit analysis to support investment decisions.

• Drive change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.

• Establish project management standards, maintain project documentation, and promote continuous improvement across SCMG.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, supply chain, manufacturing, operations excellence, or business process improvement.

• Experience leading cross-functional projects in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or supply chain environments is preferred.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, or Hybrid.

• Strong project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and change management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Project (or equivalent), Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Green Belt certification is an advantage but not required.
