RCG Global Services is seeking a Benefits Administrator to oversee day-to-day employee benefits administration, including HMO, life insurance, and mandated programs, acting as SME for policies, coverage, eligibility, and inquiries.
You will coordinate enrollment, liaise with payroll and external providers, ensure compliance, prepare reports, and drive process improvements while maintaining confidential records in a hybrid Manila-based setup.
This role involves managing the day-to-day administration of employee benefits including HMO, life insurance, group accident insurance, leave benefits, government-mandated benefits, and other company-sponsored programs. You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for benefits-related policies, processes, eligibility, coverage, and employee inquiries, acting as the primary point of contact for employee benefits concerns and providing clear guidance on coverage, eligibility, claims, and benefit processes.
Coordinate employee enrollment, amendments, additions/deletions, and benefit changes within prescribed timelines.
Maintain accurate and updated employee benefits records and documentation.
Monitor benefits eligibility based on employment status, tenure, dependents, and applicable company policies.
Conduct Benefits Orientation and monitoring
Handle sensitive and confidential employee information in accordance with company policies and applicable data privacy requirements.
Coordinate with employees, HR Business Partners, Finance - Payroll, insurance providers, HMO providers, and other external partners to resolve benefits concerns.
Develop and issue employee communications, FAQs, and benefits advisories.
Coordinate with HMO, insurance providers, brokers, and other benefits vendors on enrollment, claims, billing, and employee concerns.
Review and validate provider billings, invoices, and employee listings.
Monitor service levels and elevate unresolved provider concerns as appropriate.
Support annual benefits renewal, benchmarking, and evaluation of benefits programs.
Coordinate with Payroll on benefits-related deductions, reimbursements, adjustments, and employee changes.
Validate benefits-related payroll reports and ensure proper deductions and credits.
Support HR processes involving new hires, transfers, promotions, leaves, and separations where benefits administration is impacted.
Assist in reconciliation of benefits records against HR and payroll databases.
Ensure benefits administration is aligned with applicable labor regulations, company policies, and data privacy requirements.
Maintain complete and audit-ready benefits documentation.
Prepare regular benefits reports, utilization summaries, enrollment reports, and other management reports.
Support internal and external audits involving employee benefits.
Review and improve benefits processes to enhance employee experience, accuracy, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
Develop and maintain SOPs, process guides, FAQs, and benefits documentation.
Identify recurring employee concerns and recommend process or policy improvements.
Support HR projects and initiatives related to total rewards and employee experience.
Benefits & HR Operations: Proven experience managing end-to-end benefits administration, statutory programs, and day-to-day HR operational workflows.
Employee Relations & Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong track record of delivering clear, empathetic support to employees at all levels.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, resolve complex benefit inquiries, and troubleshoot administrative or billing discrepancies.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Hands-on experience collaborating effectively with external insurance providers, HMO brokers, payroll teams, and internal business partners.
Compliance, Risk & Confidentiality: Deep understanding of data privacy regulations, labor compliance, and the discreet handling of sensitive employee records.
Data Accuracy & Attention to Detail: High precision in maintaining audit-ready records, reconciling payroll deductions, and managing provider listings.
Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to review operational workflows, optimize benefits delivery, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Bachelor's degree holder.
HR certification or professional development in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or related HR disciplines is a strong advantage.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid work set-up with 4 days per week on-site on a mid-shift schedule.
