Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coaching and monitoring employees for performance management
• Serve as link between subordinates and management
• Ensure employees schedules and manpower alignment
• Implement productivity standards and resolve operation’s problems
• Implement SOPs set by the cooperative and the Principal
• Conduct regular meetings and refresher courses for employees
• Facilitate signing of billings to the Principal
• Ensure timely submission of daily time records of deployed employees
• Attend and resolve employees issues, queries, and complaints
• Facilitate counseling and employee discipline
