• Monitor the performance of individual locations and departments to ensure they meet operational standards and business goals.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, address challenges, and provide feedback to managers and staff.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols across all locations
• Manage and support location managers and staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to perform their roles effectively.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to help team members achieve their full potential.
• Promote a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, motivating staff, and addressing any employee concerns or conflicts.
• Lead by example, ensuring that staff deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional standards.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols across all locations
• Ensure that all locations deliver a high standard of customer service by monitoring customer feedback and addressing any complaints or issues.
• Support staff in resolving complex customer service challenges or escalations.
• Ensure locations are always prepared to handle customer needs, from inquiries to order fulfillment
• Oversee inventory control across locations, ensuring that stock levels are properly managed, and that product shortages or overstocking are avoided.
• Work with managers to forecast inventory needs, place orders, and track shipments.
