The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority CARAGA Region - Government is seeking a qualified candidate to assist in managing the Regional Operations Division and to lead workforce development initiatives. The role involves developing procedures for assessing TVET needs and formulating training programs for specific subjects, along with evaluating project proposals and research studies.

• Assists in managing and administering the Regional Operations Division (ROD)
• Leads in building a strong motivated workforce
• Develops procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs as well as in formulating educational/training program for a subject field
• Undertakes analysis and evaluation of project proposal and research studies
• Performs other related functions as may be required

Job description

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• 25% - Assists in managing and administering the Regional Operations Division (ROD)
• 25% - Leads in building a strong motivated workforce
• 25% - Develops procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs as well as in formulating educational/training program for a subject field
• 20% - Undertakes analysis and evaluation of project proposal and research studies and
• 5% - Performs other related functions as may be required.
