Job description

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• 30% - Processes the enrollment and registration of learners and beneficiaries for scholarship and other training programs offered by the Center, in accordance with policies and audit requirements.
• 20% - Conducts and delivers competency-based and blended learning programs, including community-based training.
• 10% - Prepares and updates competency-based curricula, session plans, CBLMs, institutional assessment tools, and training and maintenance plans according to operational procedures.
• 10% - Prepares and executes budget/fund utilization and monitors budget obligations against the budget utilization rate.
• 10% - Responds to inquiries.
• 10% - Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders.
• 10% - Performs other related functions.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Special Qualifications:

• .Holder of at least a Certificate of Recognition as a Community-Based Trainer
• .Physically and mentally fit, with good moral character
• .Intermediate to advanced oral and written communication skills
• .Advanced computer and digital literacy, especially in MS Office applications, as well as proficiency in Internet and online applications
• .Adheres to professional work ethics
• .Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• .Advanced application of T2MIS and BSRS
• .Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• .Holder of at least a Trainer's Methodology Level I Training Certificate
