Technical Education and Skills Development Authority CARAGA Region - Government is seeking a division head to lead operations, coordinate activities, and finalize policy recommendations on TVET for approval by higher authorities.

The role provides technical services and staff guidance to TVET institutions, industries, workers organizations, LGUs, NGOs, and other stakeholders, ensuring active multi-sectoral participation and delivering related duties.

Qualifications

• Special qualifications include planning, communication, and monitoring skills.
• Ability to negotiate and develop R&D initiatives.
• Strong networking/linkaging capabilities and conflict management.
• Adheres to professional ethics, assertive under pressure, analytical thinking, and good interpersonal relations.

Responsabilités

• Directs, supervises, and coordinates the division's operations and activities (30%).
• Reviews and finalizes TVET policy recommendations for higher authorities (30%).
• Provides technical services and staff advice to TVET institutions, industries, workers organizations, LGUs, NGOs and other stakeholders (20%).
• Ensures active multi-sectoral participation of all concerned agencies (10%).
• Performs other related functions (10%).

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• 30%-Directs, supervises, and coordinates the operations and activities of the division
• 30%-Reviews and finalizes policy recommendation on TVET for approval of higher authorities
• 20%-Provides technical services and staff advice on TVET institutions, industries, workers organizations, LGUs, NGOs and other stakeholders
• 10%-Ensures active multi-sectoral participation of all concerned public and private agencies on TVET and
• 10%-Perform other related functions.
