Job summary

Sunnies Inc. is seeking an Inventory Supervisor in Metro Manila to ensure accurate store stock and timely replenishments across assigned stores.

You will coordinate with Inventory Staff and Associates to monitor stock movements and document all activity in the system. The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifications

Job description

AT A GLANCE

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for ensuring timely replenishments are done to assigned stores. Together with the Inventory Staff and Associates, they ensure best practices in inventory management are applied to their assigned stores by monitoring all stock movement such as replenishment, sales, pull out, and stock transfer and ensuring all movements are documented and recorded properly.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

Inventory Management

• Ensures up-to-date and accurate store inventory record
• Documents all store pull outs and stock transfers in the system
• Investigate inventory errors that occur in the system and ensures necessary adjustments are on time
• Coordinate with Inventory Audit team to reconcile stock counting in stores and ensure completeness of stock transfer documents

Replenishment Management

• Allocates correct SKUs based on store planogram at the desired target inventory level
• Monitors delivery schedules created by Transport & Fleet to ensure timely delivery of replenishment stocks
• Coordinates with Retail Operations regarding store inventory direction for rebalancing and transfer
• Coordinates with Demand and Merchandising departments for inventory monitoring, reconciliation, and overall inventory direction

YOUR TALENT

• Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the same field or position
• High degree of organization and initiative, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and a self-starter with a positive attitude
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail while delivering against tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and consensus-building skills
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge is an advantage
