Job summary

Sunnies Inc. is seeking an Inventory Associate in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila to support the Inventory Supervisor.

You will reconcile store inventories, compute allocations for replenishment, and prepare allocation files for warehouse picking and packing while coordinating with the operations team for deliveries and pull outs. The ideal candidate holds a BS in supply chain or related field, has 1–2 years in inventory management, and is detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory management.
• Must have experience in inventory management and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile inventory in stores assigned.
• Compute allocation for replenishment of the stores assigned.
• Prepare allocation files for sending to warehouse picking and packing.
• Coordinate with operations team for deliveries and pull outs.
• Process stock pull out requests and related documentation.
