Job summary

Sunnies Inc. is seeking an Inventory Supervisor in Metro Manila to ensure accurate store stock and timely replenishments across assigned stores.

You will coordinate with Inventory Staff and Associates to monitor stock movements and document all activity in the system. The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate store inventory records.
• Document all pullouts and stock transfers in the system.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform timely adjustments.
• Coordinate with Audit team to reconcile stock counts and transfers.
