AT A GLANCE

The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for processing all orders from e-commerce platforms and packing the orders in preparation for last mile delivery.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

Order Processing

• Download all order details from e-commerce platforms (e.g. website shopify or marketplace center)
• Ensures correctness of order details are transferred into the system from e-commerce platform
• Sends all order details to the POS system for sales transaction recording and receipt generation
• Coordinates with the whole team on which orders are for packing

Picking and Packing

• Picks accurate products and quantities based on the order details processed
• Ensures all orders are in good condition prior to final packing
• Ensures correct packaging materials are used when picking and packing the item
• Ensure proper packing of parcel orders to avoid customer complaints

Parcel Booking

• Book all parcel orders to the appropriate delivery courier
• Ensure all delivery details and customer details are correct
• Timely hand over of parcels to the courier representative
• Ensure accurate parcel handed over versus booked

Inventory Monitoring

• Counts and organizes stock keeping units found in the fulfillment center
• Ensures high level of inventory accuracy are met
• Receives stock deliveries from warehouse or stock transfer from other stores
• Coordinate with Inventory and Warehouse teams for allocation
• Coordinate with Inventory and Transport for scheduled deliveries and pull outs
