Job summary

Sunnies Inc. is seeking an Inventory Associate in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila to support the Inventory Supervisor.

You will reconcile store inventories, compute allocations for replenishment, and prepare allocation files for warehouse picking and packing while coordinating with the operations team for deliveries and pull outs. The ideal candidate holds a BS in supply chain or related field, has 1–2 years in inventory management, and is detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory management.
• Must have experience in inventory management and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

AT A GLANCE

The Inventory Associate is responsible for assisting the Inventory Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the team. They are responsible for the tasks assigned to them including but not limited to inventory reconciling, allocation and documentation.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

Allocation

• Reconciles inventory in stores assigned.
• Computes allocation for replenishment of the stores assigned.
• Prepares individual allocation files for sending to warehouse picking and packing.
• Coordinates with operations team for deliveries and pull outs.

Documentation

• Processes approved stock pull out requests from other departments.
• Processes pull out documentation from assigned stores in SAP.
• Prepared necessary box labels for stores with requirements.
• Other responsibilities that may be assigned.

YOUR TALENT

• Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Management, or relative course.
• 1-2 years of experience in the same field or position.
• With experience in inventory management
• Keen to details with excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge is an advantage.
