Job summary

Dexcom Inc. in Manila seeks an experienced Scheduler to build and maintain workforce schedules across multiple business lines, ensuring alignment with forecasted demand and staffing requirements.

The role will optimize shift coverage, manage bids and capacity changes, and partner with Real-Time Analysts and Forecasters to execute plans. You will help identify schedule gaps, improve coverage and flexibility, support leaders with staffing visibility, and contribute to stable operations in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience.
• Strong attention to detail with complex scheduling scenarios and clear communication.
• Organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced, real-time environment.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to take initiative.
• Adaptable to change and able to contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Flexible with shift schedules and hybrid work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Genesys Workforce Management and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain workforce schedules across multiple lines of business aligned to forecasted demand and staffing requirements.
• Optimize schedules to balance business needs, coverage, and agent preferences where possible.
• Manage scheduling processes including shift bids, schedule changes, and capacity adjustments.
• Partner with Real-Time Analysts and Forecasters to translate planning assumptions into execution.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in schedules and recommend improvements for coverage accuracy and flexibility.
• Support operational leaders by providing visibility into staffing plans and risks in advance.
