Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Workforce Scheduler to create and manage employee schedules that align staffing with forecasted business demand. This on-site role in Davao involves developing schedules, managing shift bids, and ensuring coverage across all shifts while coordinating with Operations and WFM teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in WFM Scheduling, preferably in a BPO setting, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) Scheduling.
• BPO experience in Workforce Management Scheduling is preferred.
• Practical understanding of workforce scheduling and staffing coverage.
• Knowledge of forecasting and capacity planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain employee schedules based on forecasts and business needs.
• Manage shift bids, schedule adjustments, changes and updates.
• Ensure appropriate staffing coverage across shifts and periods.
• Monitor staffing requirements and adjust schedules according to forecasted demand.
• Coordinate with Operations and WFM teams to address staffing needs.
• Maintain scheduling records and ensure timely updates.
• Identify scheduling gaps and coordinate adjustments with stakeholders.
• Support adherence to scheduling processes and communicate schedules clearly.
