Job summary
Dexcom Philippines is seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner based in Manila to drive people strategies that enable business success. You will partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, engagement, and change management, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
You will lead HR initiatives, coach leaders, and collaborate with Centers of Excellence to support growth, retention, and a high-performance culture across Tech
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field required.
- Master's degree in HRM, MBA, or related discipline preferred.
- 15+ years progressive HR experience with senior HRBP/pro leadership exposure.
Responsibilities
- Advise senior leaders on organizational design and talent strategy.
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead investigations and counsel leaders on complex employee relations matters.
- Collaborate with COEs to implement enterprise-wide HR programs.
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Philippines labor laws and company policies.
