Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is hiring a Scheduler within the Resource Strategy & Optimization (RSO) team. You will build and maintain cross‑line schedules, optimize coverage, and manage shift bids while collaborating with Real-Time Analysts and Forecasters to ensure plans translate into execution.

You will contribute to proactive planning, identify scheduling gaps, and support operational leaders with clear visibility into staffing movements in a fast-paced hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workforce Management, Scheduling, Capacity Planning, or related optimization experience.
• Strong attention to detail in complex scheduling scenarios.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with shift schedules and hybrid work arrangement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Genesys WFM and familiar with Tableau reporting.

Meet the team:

We're expanding our Resource Strategy & Optimization (RSO) organization and are looking for new talent to join our Resource Staffing (RS) team!

Our RS team plays a critical role in translating workforce plans into effective schedules that support operational success. By building optimized schedules, managing schedule adherence to staffing requirements, and aligning coverage with forecasted demand, we help ensure operational readiness and consistency across all lines of business.

As a bridge between workforce planning and execution, we enable the business to run smoothly by ensuring the right coverage is in place ahead of time. We are part of Business Intelligence team and work closely with operational leaders to align staffing strategies, support agent experience through fair scheduling practices, and continuously improve how we manage capacity across the organization.

Where You Come In:

As a Scheduler within the Resource Strategy & Optimization (RSO) team, you will:

• Build and maintain workforce schedules across multiple lines of business, ensuring alignment

with forecasted demand and staffing requirements.

• Optimize schedules to balance business needs, coverage requirements, and agent preferences where possible.
• Manage and execute scheduling processes including shift bids, schedule changes, and capacity adjustments.
• Partner closely with Real-Time Analysts and Forecasters to ensure planning assumptions translate effectively into execution.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in schedules and recommend improvements to increase coverage accuracy and flexibility.
• Support operational leaders by providing visibility into staffing plans and highlighting potential risks in advance.
• Play a key role in maintaining stable, predictable operations through proactive planning and continuous schedule optimization.

What Makes You Successful

• Bring 3+ year of Workforce Management (WFM), Scheduling, Capacity Planning, or related workforce optimization experience.
• Have strong attention to detail when working with complex scheduling scenarios. Communicate clearly and professionally across written, verbal, and email channels.
• Stay organized and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, real-time environment.
• Are proactive, collaborative, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Adapt quickly to change and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Are flexible with shift schedules and hybrid work.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Genesys Workforce Management and familiar Tableau reporting.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience
