Job summary

Dexcom is expanding its Resource Staffing (RS) team to translate workforce plans into optimized schedules that support operational success. The RS team ensures coverage across lines of business and aligns with forecasted demand.

You will play a key role in scheduling processes, capacity management, and capacity planning, partnering with analysts to enable smooth execution and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5–8 years in WFM or scheduling.
• Experience building and optimizing workforce schedules.
• Proficiency in Excel, Genesys WFM, and Tableau reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain workforce schedules across multiple lines of business.
• Optimize schedules to balance business needs and agent preferences.
• Manage scheduling processes including shift bids, schedule changes, and capacity adjustments.
• Partner with Real-Time Analysts and Forecasters to translate planning into execution.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in schedules and propose improvements.
• Provide visibility into staffing plans and risks to operational leaders.
• Contribute to stable, predictable operations through proactive planning and optimization.
