Lead the Workforce Management Team using forecast history, real-time data and scheduling to ensure capacity for stellar client service. The role emphasizes data analysis, best-in-class talent development, and alignment with industry practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3-5 years supervising a team of exempt professionals.
• At least 5 years of Workforce Management experience, including forecasting, scheduling and real-time analytics.
