Job summary

ADP is seeking a Staffing Strategy Support professional in Makati, Philippines to oversee forecasting, scheduling, and staffing models. You will lead the Workforce Management Team, use forecast data and real-time analytics to ensure capacity for all client services, and drive best-practice staffing aligned with business objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, plus 5+ years in Workforce Management and 3–5 years of supervising exempt

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years supervising a team of exempt professionals.
• 5+ years of Workforce Management experience including forecasting, scheduling and real time analytics.
