Job summary

PM Consulting seeks a strategic leader to head Workforce Management and Business Planning, overseeing enterprise-wide forecasting, capacity planning, and analytics for large-scale customer operations.

Leading a cross-functional team, you will partner with senior leadership to deliver data-driven workforce strategies, budgeting, and performance reporting to enable sustainable growth and superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline as listed.
• 10+ years in Workforce Management, Capacity Planning, Analytics, or Contact Center ops.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing WFM/Analytics teams.
• Strong forecasting, planning, analytics capabilities.
• Experience supporting large-scale operations (500+ to 5,000+ employees).
• Experience in BPO/Shared Services/Fintech/CX environments.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workforce Management and Business Planning function with forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and analytics.
• Develop long-term workforce strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Drive forecasting accuracy and resource optimization across units and programs.
• Provide executive leadership with insights based on workforce trends and performance data.
• Establish governance, planning methodologies, and best practices for workforce ops.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, and Talent to develop staffing plans.
• Lead annual budgeting, headcount planning, and workforce investments.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Develop executive dashboards, business reviews, and reporting frameworks.
• Build and mentor high-performing WFM and Analytics teams.
• Drive transformation projects to support growth and scalability.
