Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field with 7+ years in workforce management.
• Experience forecasting, capacity planning and scheduling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team to develop forecasts, capacity plans, and schedules.
• Review forecasts and schedules for accuracy and standards.
• Partner with Business Development, Operations and clients to adapt models.
• Lead intraday management and post-day performance analysis.
• Mentor and coach the team to drive continuous improvement.
