Job summary

TaskUs, a global provider of outsourced digital services, is hiring a Senior Workforce Manager in the Philippines. You will lead the WFM team, oversee scheduling, forecasting, and performance metrics to deliver top-tier customer experiences while balancing service levels and costs.

The role requires at least 3 years in workforce management, strong communication, data-driven decision making, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the WFM team to meet deliverables and KPIs.
• Forecast workload, schedule adherence, and manage capacity.
• Monitor and report center metrics; drive efficiency and cost balance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to resolve staffing concerns.
• Ensure processes and data accuracy across workforce operations.
