Qualifications

• Excellent collaboration with team managers, project managers and talent partners.

Responsibilities

• Engage with team managers to maximize billability and forecast reliability.
• Manage 12-week look-ahead accuracy and align with design & engineering demand.
• Provide dashboards insights to stakeholders and flag supply/demand risks.
