Job summary

Cloudstaff is seeking an experienced Transition Project Manager to lead end-to-end organizational transitions, client onboarding, and large-scale ramps. You will bridge cross-functional teams, executives, and external clients to ensure continuity, risk mitigation, and SLA alignment.

With 7-10+ years in transitions, you will define governance, manage KT programs, and drive Go-Live with Hypercare. A strong PM certification and familiarity with Waterfall/Agile are highly valued in a fast-paced

Qualifications

7-10+ years of dedicated Project Management experience specializing in large-scale transitions or enterprise service transfers.
Successfully delivered multi-site, enterprise-level transitions involving large ramping and complex integrations.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Change Management (Prosci) certification strongly preferred.
Deep familiarity with structured Transition Management frameworks, Waterfall, Agile, and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proven success interfacing with executive leaders and enterprise clients.
Strong negotiation, conflict-resolution, and cross-functional leadership capabilities in high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities

Define, structure, and execute end-to-end transition roadmaps for large-scale client onboardings and process migrations.
Oversee multi-phase ramping, ensuring headcount readiness and operational capacity targets are met on schedule.
Establish governance frameworks, communication rhythms, escalation pathways, and change control across all transition phases.
Oversee structured knowledge transfer programs, SOP documentation, and operational readiness assessments.
Drive Go-Live criteria reviews, handoffs to operations, and post-launch Hypercare management.
