Straive is seeking a Transition Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation to post-transition handover, driving planning, managing interdependencies, mitigating risks, and coordinating across teams to deliver on time, within budget, and with high CSAT.

You will own end-to-end delivery, build transition plans, monitor progress, and conduct executive reporting while engaging clients and supporting pre-sales discussions.

Formación

• 5+ years in IT/ITeS/BPM (non-voice) industry.
• 3+ years in project planning, scheduling, and driving transitions in IT services, BPO, or KPO.
• Strong client engagement and direct client presentation experience.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Delivery: Drive transition programs following standard methodologies, keeping time, cost, quality, and CSAT top of mind.
• Planning & Execution: Build detailed transition plans, monitor progress, manage checkpoints, and execute smooth handovers to operations.
• Stakeholder Management: Drive regular transition review cadences, manage internal/external stakeholder expectations, and resolve conflicts quickly.
• Risk & Issue Governance: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks while tracking actions and resolving escalations.
• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality work with clear accountability.
• Pre-Sales Support: Represent transition capabilities in RFP responses, client discussions, and solution presentations.
