Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to lead transformation and transition initiatives, ensuring processes, documentation, training, and teams are prepared for a successful implementation and go-live.

You will drive planning, timelines, stakeholder communication, risk management, SOP creation, and knowledge transfer, collaborating with Transformation, Design, Operations, and Transition teams to deliver measurable improvements and smooth handoffs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, transformation, shared services, transition, or operations.
• 3-5 years of people leadership or team management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in process documentation, training, knowledge transfer, and change or transition initiatives is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects from planning through implementation and go-live.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee SOP creation, process documentation, knowledge transfer, and training readiness.
• Collaborate with Transformation, Design, Operations, and Transition teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and process gaps.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Ensure operational readiness before go-live and support successful transitions.
• Drive continuous process improvements aligned with future-state operating models.
