Job summary

Bureau Veritas is seeking a Training Manager to lead the growth of its training division in the Philippines. You will plan programs for all schemes, manage trainers, and drive digital customer journeys while coordinating with ITC and marketing to generate leads.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in TIC training, and the ability to develop profitable training strategies for clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the preferred industry.
• Lead Auditor experience with TIC Training needs is required.
• 5+ years of management experience in manufacturing or TIC related field.
• Experience as a Trainer is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan training programs for all schemes and coordinate with trainers and back office.
• Manage trainers competency and training and liaison with ITC.
• Create marketing content for LinkedIn and websites for lead generation and manage Salesforce campaigns.
• Identify market trends for training and assist in new product development with SMEs.
• Build a team of non-exclusive trainers to back up internal trainers.
• Implement profitable reseller and enterprise strategies with managers.
• Develop strategic customer journey through digital transformation.
• Develop on-demand training with external providers.
• Manage customized training and pricing for client-in-house delivery.
• Oversee pricing models, P&L, and revenue reporting for training.
• Coach and train new team members.
