BYD Philippines Corp. is seeking a Strategic Training Leader to design and execute end-to-end Sales & Aftersales training strategy aligned to business goals such as sales growth, NPS improvement, and dealer success.

The role leads program management for Sales and Aftersales training, develops in-house trainer capability, drives data-driven execution with KPIs, and collaborates with dealer leadership to ensure rollout.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end Sales & Aftersales training strategy.
• Lead development and execution of all training programs for Sales and Aftersales.
• Establish and manage in-house trainers at dealerships; set KPIs and coach regularly.
• Track training impact via sales uplift, NPS, and service retention; provide insights.
• Lead national training team; coordinate with sales, service, and marketing; engage dealers.
• Fulfill other responsibilities assigned by leadership.
