Job summary

Intelegencia in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Training & Development leader to shape the learning strategy and mentor a team of specialists. You will design, implement, and evaluate programs across departments, ensuring engagement and measurable performance improvements.

The role requires expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and data-driven evaluation, with strong communication to influence leaders and drive results. Onsite work with shifting schedules is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in training and development, especially in BPO.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to inspire and build relationships.
• Strong leadership capabilities, fostering collaboration and trust among team members.
• Proactive and results-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward-thinking training strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead a team of training specialists with mentorship and performance management.
• Design, implement, and evaluate training programs tailored to diverse learning styles.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and metrics; implement improvements.
• Promote continuous improvement by facilitating workshops and learning opportunities.
• Monitor and report on new hire and tenured agent performance; suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends to keep programs competitive and relevant.
• Design and curate engaging training materials using modern instructional design techniques.
• Facilitate and observe training sessions to ensure a positive learning experience.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify needs and tailor programs.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
