Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong 2–3 years field sales experience in B2B.
• Hunter mindset—aggressive, proactive, persistent.
• Self-driven with time management and organization.
• Analytical and problem-solving with a customer focus.
• Able to leverage data, tools, and insights for sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts by providing service, support and driving sales growth across defined territories and sectors.
• Identify new opportunities through white spot prospecting and promote product solutions.
• Track and report performance using sales funnels and stakeholder reports.
• Deliver technical expertise, training and execution support; conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders.
• Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and upselling within current accounts.
