Global SME Loans Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to engage borrowers by phone, guide them through loan requirements and terms, and update CRM statuses.

The role focuses on resolving concerns and driving collateral loan conversions while maintaining professional service standards. The candidate should have a solid background in business/marketing, at least two years in the field, and strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing or related field.
• At least two years of work experience in the same field.
• Technical marketing skills and product knowledge.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, decision making, presentation, training, interpersonal and networking skills.
• Able to resolve customers' complaints amicably.
• Persuasive, goal-oriented, assertive, creative and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers through phone calls.
• Provide instructions and information to borrowers (requirements, processing time, interest rates, charges, discounts and sample computations).
• Respond promptly to client concerns.
• Update account status in CRM system.
• Convince Regular/Special clients to shift to collateral loans.
• Convince Collateral accounts to add an additional unit(s).
• Provide SOA with updated collection remarks (if necessary).
• Other tasks may arise from time to time.
