Qualifications

• Education Graduate of any related business course, Undergraduate is acceptable.
• Experience Preferably with sales experience but fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Flexible in adapting to fast changing environment.
• Goal oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide Excellent Customer Service to both Borrowers and Loan Consultants.
• Receiving clients application form and requirements.
• Screening documents for validity.
• Run proper Masterlist and FFCC.
• Encode and update client details to our Loan System.
• Orient the client regarding our Loan Products and Loan Process.
• Process and monitor applications until release of loan.
• Follow up with clients to submit pending requirements.
• Update clients about their loan application status.
• Confirmation of loan details to the borrower.

• Receiving of clients application form and requirements.
• Screening (Pre-qualifications, Validity of documents, hold/negative areas)
• Run proper Masterlist and FFCC.
• Encode and update details of client to our Loan System and Transmittal.
• Orient the client regarding our Loan Products and Loan Process.
• Process and monitor applications until release of loan.
• Follow up clients to submit their pending requirements.
• Update clients about their loan applications status with us.
• Confirmation of loan details to the borrower.
