Job summary

Extend Your Team is seeking detail-oriented customer experience managers to join our fintech-driven group delivering outstanding service to applicants and borrowers of a credit card platform. You will respond to queries via ZenDesk, log issues, guide customers through the application flow, and track experiences across online and offline channels using logs and CRM.

Qualifications

2+ years in US loan or mortgage account handling task-specific roles.
Experience in customer-facing roles in a loan or mortgage.
Excellent written communication and time management skills.
Fluency, clarity, and good diction in English.
Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience in financial services.
Willingness to work US Pacific time (9 AM–6 PM) from the Philippines.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via Zendesk or other support tools.
Document and log issues, compliments and complaints.
Guide customers through the application flow when required.
Track customer experiences across online and offline channels using logs, dashboards, and CRM systems.
