Qualifications

• 7–10 years in IT services or consulting.
• Knowledge in two or more areas: mobility, cloud, networking, or applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication for client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive management for technical issues and service delivery.
• Coordinate client and internal teams from concept to go-live.
• Develop and report on key performance metrics and client engagement.
• Build strategic relationships with IT leaders and business stakeholders.
• Support 24/7 on-call rotations as needed.
