Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience in IT services or consulting.
• Fundamental knowledge in Mobility, cloud, networks, databases, and security.
• IT Project Management background

Responsibilities

• Lead clients by providing proactive management for all technical issues using standardized procedures and best practices.
• Lead projects from conception through launch with clear timelines, risks, and go-live support.
• Develop and report KPIs showing client engagement and IT performance metrics.
• Build strategic relationships with IT Directors, CIOs, and business leaders within client organizations.
• Act as a reference/consultant for customers and demonstrate market insight to drive objectives.
• Drive sustainable growth through collaboration with Services Sales and other teams.
