Job summary

InnovaThink Corporation in Metro Manila seeks an Account Manager to oversee client relationships and drive opportunities for IT infrastructure and applications solutions. You will coordinate with internal technical teams and deliver compelling proposals and solutions based on client needs.

The role emphasizes managing the full sales cycle, developing new business, and ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction across cloud, networks, and security domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in account management, sales, business development, or IT solutions.
• Background in selling or supporting IT Infrastructure and Applications Solutions is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions, including applications, cloud, networks, servers, cybersecurity, and related infrastructure.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong business development and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate application and infrastructure solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities and support sales growth through account expansion and solution offerings.
• Coordinate with technical, presales, and delivery teams to develop proposals and solutions based on client requirements.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and solution overviews to clients.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial engagement through negotiation, closing, and account development.
• Monitor project and service delivery to ensure client expectations are met.
• Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Stay updated on application, cloud, network and security infrastructure, and IT solutions relevant to client requirements.
• Maintain accurate account records, sales activities, forecasts, and client documentation.
