The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 7–10 years in IT services or consulting, and broad knowledge of mobility, cloud, networking, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong foundational IT knowledge across mobility, cloud, networks, databases, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients by providing proactive management of technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage projects from conception through launch, aligning with timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and report key metrics to show IT engagement and client success across accounts.
• Build strategic relationships with IT leadership and business partners within client organizations.
